Remortgage

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON YOUR LENDER’S STANDARD VARIABLE RATE OR YOUR SPECIAL DEAL IS COMING TO AN END, NOW IS THE TIME TO TAKE INTEREST!

There are many reasons to consider a remortgage. It may be because your special rate is coming to an end, and you’d like to switch to another deal to avoid reverting to your lender’s Standard Variable Rate. You may wish to raise some capital from the equity in your home – for things such as home improvements, or you simply want to look at the market for a better deal. Whatever your reasons for remortgaging it is important to get expert advice.

We will research the products that your existing lender have on offer to keep you as a customer, called retention products, and compare them to remortgages available from the whole of the mortgage market, to advise you what is the best and cheapest solution for you.

Willowgate Finance is part of the Stonebridge Group Network and Legal & General Mortgage Club, and this gives us access to not only the high street lenders, but also exclusive deals and remortgage products which are not available directly. We also have access to lenders who only deal with mortgage brokers. Exclusive deals and intermediary only mortgage deals won’t show up on comparison sites.

The process involved in applying for a remortgage is different to buying a home, but it can still be overwhelming and you still need to meet the lender’s criteria in terms of affordability and lending policy. We’ll be on hand throughout the whole process, from start to finish, to ensure it is as smooth as possible.

Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
