There are many reasons to consider a remortgage. It may be because your special rate is coming to an end, and you’d like to switch to another deal to avoid reverting to your lender’s Standard Variable Rate. You may wish to raise some capital from the equity in your home – for things such as home improvements, or you simply want to look at the market for a better deal. Whatever your reasons for remortgaging it is important to get expert advice.

We will research the products that your existing lender have on offer to keep you as a customer, called retention products, and compare them to remortgages available from the whole of the mortgage market, to advise you what is the best and cheapest solution for you.
